Hours
We aim to respond to merchant support emails within two (2) business days (Monday–Friday, Romania time), excluding public holidays. Complex billing or platform issues may take longer.
Common topics
Install & billing: choose a plan on the Billing page (Manual Pricing). Approve Shopify charges when prompted.
Storefront badge: enable the Passportify theme app block on the product template (Theme editor).
Public passport: only statuses intended for public viewing appear at /p/:passportId.
Translations: fill Care/Repair (and related) fields, Save, then refresh translations.
Privacy requests: see the Privacy Policy. Passportify does not store storefront buyer personal data.
